Let’s dive into this workshop together. Join us to learn prehab exercises for healthy, happy shoulders and back. Let us show you how Pilates can enhance your current swim training program. Learn home exercises for spine and shoulder stabilization, healthy range of motion exercises, strengthening, and how to generate more power through your legs.

We hope to create a game plan that will keep you strong and healthy in the water!

During this two hour stretch workshop, we will make our way around to all of your tightest bits: your neck, your back, your hips, your calves and more! We will take our time, using a combination of release balls and Stretch Therapy™ movements so you walk out feeling relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated! Side effects may include: better sleep, less pain, fewer wrinkles and feeling more at ease in your day to day occurrences.

Hello Cville! We are incredibly excited to welcome back Damien! This 2 hour workshop allows him to teach more in depth about the foundational movements and principles of Pilates using the Tower apparatus! Explore Pilates moves reimagined using the roll down bar, push through bar, heavy tower springs on converted mat surface. Feel the difference in your body as you integrate upper and lower body movements, connect your breath to your deep core, and challenge yourself in ways that feel different than your experience on the reformer. Join Damien to explore an in depth relationship between our hips, pelvis, and core connection on the reformer! Despite the opposing actions of our inner and outer thighs, both play a key role in stabilizing the thigh bone within the hip socket. Focus on the engagement of both your inner and outer thighs, noticing how they contribute to rotational movement. The hips function in a circular motion, and we’ll alternate the effort between drawing inward and extending outward.

Back by popular demand, we will use a combination of release balls, yamuna balls, and Stretch Therapy movements so you walk out feeling relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated! We know how busy the fall can get; this is the perfect opportunity to slow down, release any unnecessary tension and stress that can come with the season. Stretches will be uncomplicated so you can create an easy to follow home program in order to enjoy repeated sensations of peacefulness in your body. Side effects may include: better sleep, less pain, fewer wrinkles, and feeling more at ease in your day to day life.
